I’m a lifelong fitness enthusiast. Early on I was a dancer and dance instructor. Now my exercise program is focused on interval training, plyometrics and strength training. With three children, I understand first-hand what it is like to exercise through pregnancy and recover postpartum.
Philosophy
Exercise is as much about mental health as physical fitness, and I truly believe it is the path to a happier and more fruitful life. I love sharing my passion for exercise and helping people define and continually refine their approach. What works for one person may not work for the next, so finding what you enjoy that will sustain your motivation and enhance your fitness is both exciting and rewarding.

What Clients Say
“As a physical therapist, I know a lot about exercise, but found myself getting really bored with my own routine. I started working with Andrea about a year ago and fell in love with her creative workouts. My motivation to exercise has been restored because of her.” Kristine Towers
