Britt Cavalletto

Britt Cavalletto
Not long after she started walking, Britt learned to swim. “I was the bottom of the bathtub kid who always loved the freedom I felt in the water and of being surrounded by it.” After decades of competitive swimming, coaching and land-based cross-training, Britt has come to the Vanderbilt Club. Thrilled to be a part of this incredibly supportive community, Britt loves teaching Aqua exercise and learn to swim classes as well as innovative therapeutic water workouts to Club members. Undaunted by teaching phobic non-swimmers, Britt enjoys working with ALL ages and abilities. Through personalized one on one programs, Britt will encourage you to take advantage of the safety of exercise in a hydrostatic pressured environment while exploring the benefits of strength and conditioning work out of the water. A certified personal trainer and a blackbelt in Taekwondo, Britt also teaches functional strength and boxing classes.
