I saw a need in the fitness industry for older trainers, people like me who have had real life experience with how the aging process affects health and fitness. After retiring as a bank operations manager, I went back to school to study personal training.
Staying healthy and fit is a lifelong journey, so I say let’s get on the road and have fun with it! I like to think of exercise as a muscle confusion endeavor. Mix it up and you will get great results.
