Nancy is a lifelong swimmer. She was a high school Maine State Champion (from Cape Elizabeth) and went on to swim for Skidmore College. For the past decade, Nancy has continued to compete, participating in Maine’s “Tri for a Cure,” an all-women sprint triathlon. As a nationally certified water fitness teacher, Nancy believes that “having fun while moving your body” is great medicine for everyone! Nancy is passionate about water fitness classes and has been attending professional training conferences to give her classes cutting-edge, research-based moves. She believes that water movement offers an ideal environment for training all populations.

About Me

Nancy lives with her husband, Rob, and dog, Ruby, in Walpole.  She’s the mother of a daughter and twin sons and a grandmother to a toddler who loves to swim and can’t wait to join in the water class fun!
