PAUL KOLODZINSKI

Paul Kolodzinski

Before embarking on his second career as a Lifeguard and Aqua Instructor at the Vanderbilt Club, Paul worked in sales. Fortunate to retire early, Paul spent time fulfilling another passion of his, baseball. Paul specialized as a hitting and pitching coach at the youth, high school, and collegiate level. He worked summer camps at Babson, Harvard, and RBI. Paul was a pitching coach at Brandeis, Lasalle College and Dean College. Paul prides himself in teaching athletes how to excel at the plate and on the mound and brings the same mindset to the Club pool. Leading Water Workout Classes is a joy for Paul. His class is quite different than most Aqua Classes and he loves the task of coordinating fun and challenging routines. Paul’s line-up of classes includes every water prop available. The format is varied as well, from circuit training to working in pairs and at stations to “surfing” the length of the pool on kickboards and noodles. Paul’s class will get your heart rate pumping and his new routines will boost your endurance. Members are guaranteed a mix of hard work and lots of laughs. Paul’s greatest reward is seeing the look of success and satisfaction on member’s faces.
